Go to myactivity.google.com → Gemini Apps Activity → toggle off. Note: turning this off stops saving new activity but does not delete existing data — you need to delete that separately.
What happens to your data when you use Google Gemini?
Google collects your prompts, responses, location data, device information, and usage patterns. Conversations may be reviewed by human annotators. Data may be retained for up to 3 years. Google Workspace versions have different (generally stronger) protections.
