AI seems to change every week. Everyone else appears to be using it already, and half the words sound as if they were made up to keep people out. If you’re worried about being left behind, or that it’s all too complicated, here’s what I tell everyone who comes in:
- It’s newer than it looks. The tools everyone talks about are only a few years old. Most people started recently too.
- You don’t need to be technical. If you can write an email, you can do this.
- It’s learnable in small steps. Five minutes at a time is plenty.
- You can’t break anything. A muddled question gets a muddled answer. You just ask again.
