Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Kevin here. Let’s keep this straightforward.
Where We Stand Right Now
At AI Unspun, trust matters more than commissions. We do not currently use affiliate links on this website. That means when you click a link to a tool, product, service, or resource we mention, we are not earning anything from it. Not a commission, not a kickback, nothing.
If that changes in the future, we will be clear about it, on this page and everywhere the link itself appears. That is a promise, not a formality.
What an Affiliate Link Is
For anyone unfamiliar with the term: an affiliate link is a link that pays the person or site sharing it a small commission if you click through and buy the thing. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you’d found it yourself. You don’t pay more. The seller just shares a small percentage of the transaction with whoever sent you their way.
It is a common way for content platforms to earn revenue. We are explaining it here because if we ever use one, you have a right to know what it is and how it works before you see it.
If We Ever Use Affiliate Links
If we recommend a product or service and use an affiliate link for it, we will mark it plainly, right next to the link or on the page where it appears. No burying it in a footnote, no fine print you need to hunt for.
We will also keep the list below on this page current, so you can see at a glance which companies, tools, or services we have an affiliate relationship with, if any.
The standalone guides in our Shop are sold directly through Paddle. No affiliate arrangement is or will be involved there. Those are our own products.
How This Would Affect Our Recommendations
It wouldn’t. Or rather: we don’t and won’t recommend things because of affiliate arrangements. We recommend things we have evaluated ourselves and found to be genuinely useful for this audience. If something ever earns us a commission, that’s secondary. If something doesn’t perform as described, we don’t recommend it, regardless of what it might pay.
We have been in information technology long enough to know what bad tool recommendations do to your credibility. We are not going to trade that for a referral fee.
Current Affiliate Relationships
None at this time.

If you have a question about a specific link, whether it’s affiliated, how a recommendation was evaluated, or anything else on this page, ask. Contact usand we’ll give you a straight answer.
This disclosure is required by the FTC and equivalent regulatory bodies. It is written in plain English because that is how we write everything here.
