There is no opt-out from training while using the platform. Keep anything you would not want kept or made public out of the prompt and lyrics boxes.
What happens to your data when you use Suno?
Suno keeps the prompts and lyrics you enter and uses them to train and improve its models, with no opt-out while you are on the platform. On the free tier, your creations may also be public. It is a creative tool rather than a personal-data one, so the bigger cautions are about ownership: Suno grants you the output but makes no promise that you legally own it, and the company is in ongoing disputes with record labels.
