1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or becoming a member, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

aiunspun.com provides an educational platform for learning to use AI tools. This includes:

• Weekly tutorial content (video and written)
• Prompt School — a structured course in AI prompting
• The Vault — a library of prompt templates
• This Week in AI — a weekly editorial digest
• The AI Slang Glossary
• Ask Kevin — a personal question-answering service
• AI Recommender and Privacy Decoder tools

Content is delivered digitally. Access requires an active membership or free trial, except for content designated as free and public (including portions of the Glossary).

3. Membership and Billing

Membership costs $15.99 per month. Billing occurs monthly on the date you joined.

Discount codes (newsletter: 10% off first month; standalone product buyers: 15% off first month) are applied at signup and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

Prices are stated in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing members.

4. Free Trial Terms

The free trial is three days, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, your trial simply ends — you will not be charged unless you actively choose to become a member and provide payment details.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date and will not be charged after it.

If you are unsatisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting us. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Standalone digital products

If you are unsatisfied with a standalone digital product purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase by contacting us.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review and resolve the matter promptly.

EU and UK customers

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law. Where those rights apply and cannot be excluded, they are not affected by this policy. Please contact us if you have questions about your rights in your region.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this platform for its intended purpose — personal learning and skill development. You agree not to:

• Share membership access credentials with others
• Reproduce or distribute platform content commercially without permission
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
• Submit questions through Ask Kevin that are designed to misuse the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on aiunspun.com — tutorials, written materials, prompt templates, glossary entries, character assets — is owned by AI UnSpun or its licensors.

You are welcome to use the prompts and templates in your own work. You may not republish, resell, or distribute platform content as your own.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided as-is. We work hard to ensure the content is accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee that every tutorial, prompt, or piece of advice will produce a specific outcome for your situation.

AI tools themselves change and update. Content that was accurate when published may become outdated. We update content regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy for a rapidly changing field.

Ask Kevin responses are informational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. For matters of that kind, consult a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, aiunspun.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the month in which the claim arose.

10. Changes to Terms

We will give reasonable notice of significant changes to these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
