About the Platform

What is aiunspun.com?

A membership platform for learning to use AI — specifically the tools that are actually useful to people who are not already living and breathing this stuff. We teach ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and related practical tools. Step by step. In plain English. With a weekly digest, a prompt library, and a genuine human available to answer your actual questions.

The name means what it sounds like. We unspin the noise.

Who is this for?

People who are smart, capable, and tired of feeling like the only one in the room who doesn’t understand what everyone is talking about. Typically — though not exclusively — people in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who have every right to be part of this conversation and haven’t found a way in that didn’t make them feel patronised.

If you have been made to feel behind on AI, this is for you. If you haven’t been made to feel behind on AI yet, it’s still probably for you.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. Not even close.

If you can use email, you can use the tools we teach. The assumption here is competence and capability — not existing familiarity with AI. We start where you are, not where we wish you were.

Which AI tools do you teach?

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google) are the primary tools. These are the three tools that have the most practical application for most people’s lives and work right now. We also cover supporting tools where relevant.

Do I need to buy any AI tools or subscriptions?

No. Every tool taught in the tutorials is available for free. You do not need to purchase any AI subscription to get full value from this platform.

Is this available outside the US?

Yes. The platform is accessible from anywhere. All prices are in US dollars.

Membership & Trial

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. No card required. No billing information. You give us an email address and we give you three days of genuine access. That is the entire arrangement.

What is included in the free trial?

The first tutorial, Prompt School lesson one, a sample of the AI Slang Glossary, a sample from the Vault prompt library, and a sample edition of This Week in AI. Enough to know whether this is something you want to continue.

What happens at the end of the trial?

You decide. If you want to join, it’s $15.99/month. If you don’t, nothing happens — no charge, no email asking what we did wrong, no awkward process.

How do I cancel?

Straightforwardly. There is no cancellation maze. No “are you sure?” sequence designed to wear you down. You cancel, and the membership ends at the next billing date. No further charges.

What if it is not what I expected?

Cancel and be done. We’d rather you leave honestly than stay unhappily. If something specific didn’t work as described, we’d genuinely like to know — but there is no obligation to tell us.

How do I get the newsletter discount?

Subscribe to the weekly newsletter. The 10% off code for your first month will be in your welcome email.

Content & Learning

How often is new content added?

Every week. New tutorial, new Vault prompt, new template, new This Week in AI digest. The library grows continuously. Content does not expire or disappear.

Can I go at my own pace?

Yes. There are no deadlines. Nothing requires you to have completed last week’s content before this week’s makes sense. The platform is built around the assumption that people have lives.

What is Prompt School?

A structured course in writing better AI prompts, hosted by The Gentleman. How you phrase a question to an AI tool determines what you get back — and most people’s first instinct is to phrase things in a way that produces a mediocre result. Prompt School fixes that, step by step.

What is the Vault?

A growing library of ready-to-use prompts and templates, organised by use case. Take what you need, apply it directly, adapt it if you want. New additions every week.

What is This Week in AI?

A weekly digest. What happened in AI this week, explained in plain English, with an honest editorial assessment of what matters and what is noise. Includes regular features from the cast — The Skeptic’s take on what’s being overhyped, and The Adventurer’s “I tried this” report.

How does the Suggestion Box work?

Members can submit content requests — topics, tools, questions they want addressed in future tutorials. We read them. Content decisions are influenced by them. It is not a guarantee, but it is a genuine input into what gets made.

Ask Kevin

What is Ask Kevin?

Ask Kevin is a support feature included with every membership. If you get stuck on a tutorial, can’t get a prompt to work, or have a question about an AI tool covered on the platform — Ask Kevin is where you go. Submit your question, and a response arrives in your inbox within three business days.

Is it a real person who answers?

Kevin is an AI-powered support agent — it’s a character and a brand name, not a human. Every response is AI-generated and reviewed by a human editor before it’s sent, so what you receive is accurate and considered. Think of it as smart support with a human sense check.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Questions that relate directly to the platform content — tutorials, prompts, AI tools covered in the digest, or anything you’re working through in Prompt School. Ask Kevin is not a general AI advice service. It is support for the work you are doing here.

How many questions do I get per month?

Members get up to 5 Ask Kevin questions per month included in their membership. These reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I use Ask Kevin without a membership?

No. Ask Kevin is a membership feature and is not available as a standalone purchase.

How long does a response take?

Within three business days.
